We have a rolling start to the school day –
8.35am – Pedestrian gate will open:
- EYFS and Key Stage 1 children and parents are welcome to come and wait on the Key Stage 1 playground. Please follow the path around the EYFS outdoor area.
- Key Stage 2 children and parents are welcome to come and wait on the Key Stage 2 playground.
- A member of the Senior Leadership Team will be available on the Key Stage 2 playground, should you need them.
8.40am – The bell will go:
- EYFS to enter the school via the EYFS Classroom door
- Key Stage 1 to enter the school via the Key Stage 1 door
- Year 3 to enter the school via the Year 3 Cloakroom door
- Years 4,5 and 6 to enter the school via the Key Stage 2 ramp door
Doors will shut at 8.45am and this is the compulsory start to the school day. Therefore, the children have a 5 minute rolling window to enter school. If your child is late, they should come to the main school doors and be signed in via the office.

12:15am – Lunchtime
1:15pm – Afternoon starts
End to the school day
3.15pm – The bell will go and the school day ends: Please can we ask that the youngest children are collected first.
EYFS to be collected from the EYFS Classroom door
- Key Stage 1 to be collected from the Key Stage 1 door
- Year 3 to be collected from the Year 3 Cloakroom door
- Years 4 and 5 to be dismissed from the steps
- Year 6 to be dismissed from the ramp
Wraparound
- Breakfast Club – Session 1 will remain from 7.30am to 8am and Session 2 begins from 8.00am to 8.45am. All children will go to class at 8.45am as normal.
- After School Club – Session 1 starts from 3.15pm and ends at 4.20pm. Session 2 remains from 4.20pm to 5.30pm.
- Bookings to be made on Bromcom.
- Only families who have registered with the Wraparound provision are able to book. Please see the school office if you wish to register your child.

Wednesday 2.40pm – 3.10pm: ‘Word on Wednesday’ in Class
Thursday 2.40pm – 3.10pm: ‘Collective Worship’ in Class
Friday 2.30pm – 3.10pm: Rejoice and Achieve Assembly (parents welcome)
Each full term, every class holds a ‘Curriculum Celebration’ where parents are invited in to celebrate the learning and achievements within the topic. Details of this will be communicated in the ‘Curriculum Newsletter’ and through the class teacher.
